Real Madrid star Jude Bellingham sent a touching message to former club Borussia Dortmund after featuring against them in the Club World Cup semi-final on Saturday. Los Blancos beat the Bundesliga side 3-2 to knock them out of the competition and reach the last-four stage, where they will meet reigning Champions League winners Paris Saint-Germain.

WHAT HAPPENED?
Gonzalo Garcia and Fran Garcia handed Madrid a two-goal lead within the first 20 minutes of the match. Dortmund then pulled one back just two minutes after regulation time as Maximilian Beier converted a goal. Kylian Mbappe then scored a third goal in the 96th minute to seal the fate of the game. Serhou Guirassy converted a penalty two minutes later but the Spanish giants eventually clinched the tie.

After starring in his team's victory, star midfielder Bellingham took to social media to share a special message for his former club Dortmund as he wrote: "Final Four. Great to see some familiar faces, love always @bvb09."
