WHAT HAPPENED?
Gary Neville and Ian Wright were involved in a heated argument over the decision to give Gareth Southgate's side a penalty after the Netherlands' Denzel Dumfries was deemed to have fouled Harry Kane inside the area. While Wright described Dumfries as "reckless", Neville called it an "absolutely disgraceful decision".

WHAT NEVILLE SAID
"As a defender, I think it's an absolutely disgraceful decision," Neville said at half-time. "To have that given against me as a penalty at any time, let alone in such an important game. He just goes in naturally to try and block the shot. It's not a penalty for me. It's nowhere near a penalty. I have to say, there weren't many England players asking for it either."
When Wright called Dumfries "reckless", Neville replied: "Reckless? That is not reckless."
